Delivery

Life Good Online aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase, as mentioned in our FAQ. However, if you are unavailable to take delivery, we may re-delivery. Only Peninsular Malaysia are eligible for free delivery*.

If you wish to have the items delivered on an earlier date, please call us at 018 321 3188 for assistance. Please be reminded that we cannot guarantee that we can deliver your products on your desired delivery date, but we will try out best to fulfill it.

In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions in our FAQ, contact our SUPPORT or please call us at 018 321 3188.

Installation

Generally, we provide free delivery and installation for any purchases for Televisions, Dryers, Washer Dryers, Washing Machine, Refrigerator ONLY at Klang Valley. Our scope of service in the complimentary installation, however, will NOT include the following:

  • Drilling of any sort in the owner’s brick wall, partition wall, ceiling and flooring, unless stated otherwise.
  • Provide any sort of wiring and extensions for electrical products.
  • Provide alterations, such as adding openings to existing structure of any kind to fit any particular product.
  • Provide intallation for iPod/iPad/iPhone Docking Station, Vacuum Cleaners, Air Conditioners, Electric Ovens, Gas Stoves, Food Steamer, Induction Cookers, Microwave Ovens, Water Heaters and Coffee Machine & others.

The reason we have to impose a charge is that some of the products may require special installation which can only be done by a 3rd Party or relevant agent distributing the products. Consumers, however, have an option to have the items installed by themselves or hire their own contractors.
